Scotty Shrader, President and Chief Executive Officer
Scott “Scotty” Shrader retired from the U.S. Army as a Colonel of Engineers after a 32-year honorable and distinguished career. That same year in 2017, he launched Shrader Research Defense Group (SRDG) to provide operational and strategic guidance to clients. Recognizing a gap between military needs and civilian capabilities, he brought together a wide-array of interests to focus on pursuing national interests of the United States. Doug Satterfield
Doug Satterfield retired from the U.S. Army in 2014 as a Brigadier General of Engineers after 40 years of exceptionally meritorious service. Since 911, he served three years in combat with a wide range of responsibilities, including accountability for many billions of US dollars in a wide-range of combat and construction efforts across the world. His extensive work with US military forces, Allies, and Coalition partners has earned him high regards as a Senior Flag officer. Today, he acts as an SRDG’s Chief Operations Officer, strategic & operational expert, and principle for executive management, product growth, and future-force development. Donna Dougherty
Donna Dougherty retired from the Defense Logistics Agency in 2017 as a Tailored Vendor Relationship Specialist after 38 years of federal and military service. Donna was the senior point of contact and logistics expert for the Special Operational Equipment Tailored Logistics Support Program managing over $1.5B in annual sales, over 8,000 commercial part numbers, servicing approximately 8,000 DoD customers worldwide. Today, Donna serves as SRDG’s senior principle DLA subject-matter expert.
